Datum offers native apps for macOS, Linux and Windows. Currently those apps help you quickly and safely expose local environments to the internet. They use a secure, Rust-based tunnel (built on the Iroh protocol) connected to an Application Load Balancer on our global network.
  • After creating a Tunnel via the desktop app, you’ll get a simple HTTPS hostname that you can share with anyone. You can also protect it with a simple username and password combo.
  • You can create Tunnels in any project, including ones that you share with colleagues (which helps them easily find and see your publicly shareable hostnames).

Installation

The desktop apps are available for macOS, Windows, and Linux. Choose your platform below.
Install with Homebrew:
Or download the latest macOS installer.
After installing, open the app and sign in. Create a Tunnel in any project to expose a local environment with a secure public HTTPS hostname.
